Five stages. Zero surprises.

The method behind every Altura roof — documented, photographed, and explained before we ever lift a ladder.

The method

From first flight
to final handover.

Every project follows the same spine. The details flex to your property; the rigor never does.

01
Day 1–3

Drone Inspection & Diagnostics

High-resolution aerial survey, thermal moisture mapping, and a 30-point deck assessment. You receive a cinematic walkthrough video showing exactly what we found — deck rot, flashing fatigue, ventilation gaps — before any price is discussed.

Day 4–7

Design & Material Curation

Your project architect presents system options, cutaway details, color palettes, and drone overlay mockups of the finished roofline. You approve the exact build — every material, every flashing detail — in writing, with a fixed price attached.

Precision Installation

Certified crews work a dry-in-first sequence, photographing every layer before it's covered. Daily progress uploads to your client portal, magnetic nail sweeps each evening, and turf protection so the grounds stay immaculate.

Final day

White-Glove Handover

Magnet sweep, gutter flush test, drone verification flight against the approved design, and a leather-bound warranty portfolio delivered to your door. We walk the property with you — line by line — until you sign off happy.

Process FAQ

Before we climb.

No. Most clients check in through the portal's live photo feed. We ask only for gate access and a quick morning briefing; the crew self-manages from there and sends an evening summary.

Deck repairs up to the amount stated in your proposal are included. Beyond that, we stop, photograph, and present a fixed-price change order before touching anything. You always approve first.

Driveway mats, landscape fabric under work zones, and plywood shields for delicate plantings. We also run ground-level magnet sweeps twice daily during tear-off.

Yes — early starts, phased sections, and evening shifts for occupied commercial buildings. Tell us your constraints at proposal stage and we'll build them into the plan.

A modest deposit to secure materials, a midpoint draw on larger projects, and final payment only after handover sign-off. No pressure, no prepayment in full.
